Location: Willenhall WV12
Daily Rate: £110 - 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm

Long Term Futures are seeking a caring and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Willenhall. You will primarily support pupils with autism and speech, language and communication needs, helping them access learning and develop greater independence.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants consistency, strong relationships with pupils and the chance to become an established member of the school team.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
- Support pupils with autism and communication difficulties
- Use visual prompts, structured routines and clear instructions
- Help pupils manage transitions and remain engaged in learning
- Encourage communication, confidence and independence
- Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider support team

You'll Need
- A relevant qualification such as Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare for example.
- Experience supporting primary-aged children with SEN, ideally autism or communication needs
- Patient, consistent and encouraging approach
- Confidence adapting support to individual pupils
- Reliable and committed to a full-time, long-term role
