SEND Inclusion Support is looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for long-term positions across St Helens.
Our roles are designed for people who want consistency - the opportunity to settle into a school, build relationships and become part of the team.
Depending on the placement, you may be supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, complex needs, communication difficulties or other additional needs.

What you'll bring

You'll Be Expected To
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support
- Help pupils access their learning
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Support emotional regulation and positive engagement
- Adapt your approach around individual needs
- Build strong relationships with pupils
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Contribute positively to the wider school team
We're particularly interested in TAs who have experience in SEND, autism, SEMH, specialist education or Alternative Provision.

Our vacancies are long-term, with temp-to-perm opportunities available where the placement is right for both you and the school.
That means you have the opportunity to properly understand the pupils you're supporting and see the progress you help them make.
