Role Overview

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, allowing you to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of your students
- Proficiency in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting students with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- A passion for inclusive education and a deep commitment to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant Diploma or NVQ, are highly desirable
