Are you a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Support professional passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Wolverhampton.

🌟 What you'll be doing:

  • βœ… Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
  • βœ… Support pupils with Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
  • βœ… Help implement EHCPs and IEPs
  • βœ… Adapt classroom activities to individual learning needs
  • βœ… Support positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence
  • βœ… Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers/SENCO
  • βœ… Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, trips and activities
  • βœ… Provide personal care support where required
  • βœ… Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
  • βœ… Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals
