📍 Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

Are you a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Support professional passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Wolverhampton.
🌟 What you'll be doing:
- ✅ Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- ✅ Support pupils with Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
- ✅ Help implement EHCPs and IEPs
- ✅ Adapt classroom activities to individual learning needs
- ✅ Support positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and independence
- ✅ Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers/SENCO
- ✅ Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, trips and activities
- ✅ Provide personal care support where required
- ✅ Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
- ✅ Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals
