SEND Tutor – Lead, Inspire, Transform

Reports To: Education Manager

Your Role: More Than Just Teaching
As a SEND Tutor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—delivering inclusive, engaging, and life-changing education. You’ll lead literacy and numeracy initiatives that give learners the tools they need to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and deliver tailored, high-impact lessons for SEND learners
- Champion literacy and numeracy programs that build real-world skills
- Create a safe, inspiring, and accessible learning environment
- Use innovative strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Track progress and adapt teaching to support every learner’s journey
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive student success
- Foster confidence, independence, and personal growth in every learner

- Proven experience leading literacy and numeracy programs
- Recognised teaching qualification and SEND experience
- Deep understanding of differentiated instruction and diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
