Are you an experienced educator with a deep understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you possess a genuine passion for empowering students and helping them reach their full potential? If so, our client, a leading provider of personalised education solutions, is seeking a talented Part-time SEN Tutor to join their dynamic team in the vibrant county of Suffolk.
As a Part-time SEN Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners, guiding them through their educational journey and unlocking their unique strengths. Responsibilities
- Work closely with our client's team of dedicated professionals, collaborating to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the specific requirements of each student.
- Provide engaging and enriching lessons, utilizing your expertise in KS5 Material or above.
- Identify individual learning styles and adapt your approach accordingly, ensuring that each student receives the personalised attention and support they deserve.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to each student's development.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Excellent understanding of the SEN spectrum and the ability to tailor your teaching approach accordingly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and educational professionals.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Proficiency in KS5 Material or above, with the ability to deliver engaging and enriching lessons.
- Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Benefits
- Competitive compensation of £31 - £36 per hour, with additional benefits for KS5 Material or above - £40 or £45.
- Support for travel to in-person tuition, allowing you to invoice for £0.45 per mile.
