A fantastic opportunity for an experienced SENCO to make a real impact
Reeson Education is delighted to be working with an all-through primary and secondary school in Haringey that is looking to appoint an experienced SENCO to join its secondary phase.
This is an exciting opportunity for a SENCO who enjoys working strategically while remaining closely connected to pupils, staff and families. You will play an important role in shaping and developing SEND provision within the secondary school, whilst being part of a wider all-through SEND community.
The school is open to candidates available to start in November 2026 or January 2027.

- Help shape interventions and support strategies
- Contribute to SEND development across an all-through school
- Build strong relationships with pupils and become a key point of support for the wider school community

About You
The school is looking for an experienced SENCO who can bring:
- Previous SENCO experience within a UK-based school: essential
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
- Strong knowledge of SEND provision and processes
- Experience managing EHCPs and annual reviews
- Confidence working with teachers, parents, carers and external agencies
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach

The school is particularly accessible by public transport, making it an attractive option for candidates travelling across North London.
- Approximately 5 minutes walk from the nearest station
- Excellent access via the Victoria Line
- Well-served by local bus routes
No parking is available at the school, so candidates should be comfortable commuting by public transport.
