Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role involves effectively manage the increasing volume of essential documentation required across SEND, such as EAA applications, annual reviews, transition paperwork, 19+ declarations, support plans, and behaviour plans. The repetitive but time-sensitive nature of these tasks require consistent attention to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion in line with internal deadlines and statutory requirements. An administrator would provide support, enabling the team to maintain high-quality record keeping, reduce delays, and ensure staff can focus on delivering specialist learner support. This additional role would significantly enhance efficiency, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and strengthen the overall quality and responsiveness of SEND processes.

Apart from our great location, our wonderful staff and positive culture, we also offer a range of other staff benefits, including generous annual leave and defined benefit pension schemes. We also value staff development and have 7 days a year planned for staff development, including elements of team development, socialisation and staff wellbeing.
