SEND Analyst - BI Analyst
Local Authority and Government
2 year FTC- Up to £45,000
Greater Manchester (1-2x a week)
We’re working with a Greater Manchester Local Authority that is looking for a BI Analyst to support its SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) services, using data and insight to improve outcomes for children and young people across the local area.
You’ll develop Power BI dashboards and reporting, analyse complex datasets and work closely with SEND, Education, Social Care and senior stakeholders to identify trends, improve performance and support better decision-making.
What You'll be Doing:
- Build and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Turn analysis into clear, evidence-based data stories and insight for senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with SEND, Education, and Children's Services to understand performance and support service improvement.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and gaps.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting and returns.
- Benchmark performance against local, regional, and national data.
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to help them better understand and use their data.
