Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and solution-focused professional to join our Access to Resource Team (ART) as a SEND ART Brokerage Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to secure high-quality education placements and support services for children and young people with SEND.
About the Role
You will lead a team of Brokerage Officers, work closely with schools, providers, and partners, oversee complex placement activity, support market engagement, and ensure placements deliver excellent outcomes and value for money.

- Lead and manage SEND Brokerage Officers.

What We Are Looking For
Experience within SEND, education, commissioning, brokerage, or children’s services. Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, excellent negotiation skills, resilience, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
