Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for dedicated and highly organised SEND Caseworkers to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality statutory SEND services, and ensuring children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time.
As a SEND Caseworker, you will coordinate and manage Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment and review processes, working closely with families, education settings, health professionals and partner agencies. You will play a key role in ensuring statutory duties are fulfilled, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and supporting the achievement of positive outcomes for children and young people.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will oversee complex casework, coordinate multi-agency advice and contributions, monitor progress against statutory timescales and ensure that EHC plans are developed, amended and reviewed in line with legislative requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for families and professionals, providing advice, guidance and support throughout the SEND process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
