Job Description
Are you organised, accurate and confident working with electronic records?
Our INSPIRE SEND Provision is looking for a reliable and methodical person to provide SEND Data Entry Support.
You will help us transfer SEND support plans and records to our new intranet microsite.
You will also support the organisation, tidying of existing electronic files and records to ensure information is transferred effectively within the required timescales.
You do not necessarily need extensive SEND experience for this role.
More important will be your attention to detail, confidence using IT, ability to follow processes and understanding of the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.

The Role Will Include
- Uploading SEND support plans and documentation.
- Transferring records accurately to the new intranet microsite.
- Organising and tidying electronic files/records.
- Completing associated data entry and administrative tasks.
- Working to agreed processes and timescales.
- Supporting the wider work of the INSPIRE SEND Provision.
