Service Care Solutions are working in partnership with a well-regarded local authority, based in Norfolk, which is looking to recruit an experienced Locum SEND Lawyer to join their busy and supportive SEND team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient professional who can hit the ground running and manage a caseload of SEND appeals independently.

Role: SEND Lawyer

Location: Norfolk (hybrid - office attendance once per quarter)

Duration: Initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension

Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph

About the Role:

  • Handle a varied caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals from start to completion.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to the council.
  • Represent the authority in proceedings where required.
