Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant – Long-Term Supply
Location: South London (Peckham area)
Rate: 90 to 120 per day
Contract: One term, with extension likelihood to end of year
About The Role
A well-established primary school in the Peckham area is seeking a SEND LSA for a long-term supply placement. You'll provide targeted support to pupils with identified special educational needs, working both one-to-one and with small groups. Responsibilities include delivering interventions, supporting access to the curriculum, assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation strategies, recording pupil progress, and building positive relationships with pupils and families.

About You
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASC, ADHD, speech and language, dyslexia, social-emotional needs)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Patient, empathetic approach to supporting pupils with additional needs
- Understanding of behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies
- Flexible, responsive attitude
- Excellent safeguarding awareness
- Reliable and punctual
