About the Role

Rugeley John Taylor School, part of John Taylor MAT, is proud to be growing the only ‘all-through’ school within our Trust family. Having opened our doors to our first cohorts in both secondary and primary phases we are continuing to build a school that will serve local communities from the earliest years right through to sixth form, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience. As we expand, we continue to embed the core features of John Taylor MAT that have become a hallmark of its success.

We are commencing the search for a committed and adaptable SEND & Medical Support Co-ordinator to coordinate the day-to-day support for pupils with medical needs and provide administrative and practical support to the SENDCo in relation to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The postholder will support the effective organisation, recording and communication of medical and SEND information and will liaise with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external professionals as required.

The successful candidate will be provided with full specialist training to manage health needs, including tracheostomy awareness and care and supporting pupils with diabetes management. You will work closely with the SENDCo to create inclusive opportunities for pupils to engage fully in school life. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity in which your work will have a profound impact on the wellbeing, independence and school experience of several young people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
