What You’ll Be Doing

Are you passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their additional needs?

We are seeking 2 (two) experienced and highly skilled Early Years & School Age SEND & Inclusion Practitioner to play a key role in improving outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Slough, with a particular focus on children in the early years and those accessing school-age childcare, wraparound and holiday provision.

This specialist role will provide expert advice, consultation, coaching and practice leadership to early years providers, SENCOs, schools, families and multi-agency partners. You will support the early identification of SEND, champion inclusive and nurture-informed practice, and help ensure children receive the right support at the right time.

Working across a range of settings, you will lead on embedding high-quality SEND provision, support practitioners to implement effective interventions, deliver specialist direct work with children and families, and contribute to workforce development through training and professional learning opportunities. You will also play a vital role in strengthening partnership working, supporting diagnostic pathways, and ensuring successful transitions for children with additional needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
