Recruitment Consultant - SEN (Special Educational Needs)
Manchester | Full-time | Driving Licence Required
28-34k base salary depending on Recruitment Experience + additional 5-20k OTE potential

About the Role
This is a relationship-led recruitment role where your success comes from building trust with schools and education professionals while proactively developing new business opportunities.
- No two days are the same. You'll be sourcing exceptional educators, supporting schools with their recruitment needs, developing new client relationships and becoming a trusted partner within your local market.
- Success in this role comes from being curious, asking great questions, spotting opportunities and confidently picking up the phone to start conversations.
- During term time, you'll work alongside the team from before 7:00am each day to support schools with their morning staffing requirements. You'll also take part in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota after 4:00pm, helping to manage last-minute bookings. During school holidays, the team benefits from later 9:00am starts, providing a welcome change of pace.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll regularly visit schools and build relationships across the region.

About You
We're less interested in whether you've worked in education recruitment before and more interested in who you are.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Is naturally motivated, ambitious and enjoys working towards goals.
- Loves building relationships and earning trust.
- Is proactive and isn't afraid to make outbound calls or develop new business.
- Is resilient, positive and sees challenges as opportunities.
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where every day is different.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and enjoys getting out to meet clients.
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or another relationship-focused environment would be beneficial, but just as important is your attitude, drive and willingness to learn.
