Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will act as a central point of contact for SEND-related complaints, ensuring that concerns are acknowledged, investigated and responded to appropriately and within agreed timescales. You will work closely with colleagues across the SEND service, schools, health partners and other agencies to establish the facts, coordinate information and support effective resolution.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of complaints and customer enquiries, providing clear and empathetic communication to families and ensuring that their experiences are listened to and reflected in the service's approach to improvement.

You will also play an important role in identifying recurring themes, trends and areas of concern gathered from customer feedback, using this insight to support service development and help prevent issues from recurring.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, understands the importance of getting things right for children and young people with SEND, and wants to make a meaningful difference to the experience of families navigating the SEND system.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who can manage sensitive and sometimes complex complaints with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement. You will have a working knowledge of special educational needs and an understanding of the legal framework.

You will be confident communicating with families who may be frustrated or distressed and able to listen carefully, understand the issues being raised and provide clear, balanced and appropriate responses. You will be comfortable working across organisational boundaries and coordinating information from a range of professionals to ensure complaints are fully considered.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to produce high-quality responses that are clear, evidence-based and proportionate. You will also be able to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and ensure that statutory and corporate complaints processes and timescales are followed.
