SEND Teaching Assistant - Wigan
Location: Wigan
Contract: Full-time / Long-term opportunities

Want a SEND Teaching Assistant role where relationships really matter?
SEND Inclusion Support is looking for experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Wigan.
You'll work with children and young people with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH, communication needs, anxiety, and complex SEND.
Why this role?
Our focus is on finding the right person for the individual pupil.
You won't be expected to take a one-size-fits-all approach. You'll have the opportunity to understand the pupil you're supporting and adapt your approach around them.

What you'll do
Depending on the placement, you'll provide 1:1 or small-group support with learning, communication, emotional regulation, independence, and engagement.
You'll work alongside teachers and other professionals to provide consistent support.
About You
We're looking for experienced TAs, LSAs, or HLTA's who are:

Experience with Autism, SEMH, or complex needs is particularly valuable.
