SEND Teaching Assistant | Epping

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive school environment?

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Epping is seeking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs while developing valuable experience within a supportive primary school.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support with their learning, communication, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team to implement personalised strategies that help pupils access learning and make positive progress.

About You

The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant will be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching, care work, or school-based roles would be advantageous.
