A Primary School in the BS5 area of Bristol is looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience working with children with SEND.
This is a great opportunity as you will be joining the hard working team in their Resource Based classroom. This primary school works hard to create a learning environment for their pupils, offering an exciting curriculum where children are valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The Role
This position is for someone to support a pupil in the resource base who has a hearing impairment. You will be expected to work with this pupil on a 1 to 1 basis and support within small group settings too.
The Head Teacher is looking for an individual who can provide a positive and empathetic approach when supporting these children.

You will be expected to:
- Have experience working with SEND children in the past.
- Work collaboratively with other members of staff in the same classroom.
- Be flexible and encouraging when working with this pupil.
- Be adaptable with the child’s learning environment.
- Communicate and observe personal and learning development.

Salary: 105 - 115 GBP Per day
