SEND Transition Worker
WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company whose focus is non-teaching support in the education sector.
Starting college can be a big change, particularly for young people with SEND. We’re looking for a SEND Transition Worker to work for a further education client of ours in West London, who can help make that move as smooth and positive as possible.
You’ll work with young people and their families from Year 9 onwards, helping them prepare for college and understand what to expect. This could involve arranging visits and taster sessions, attending EHCP reviews, liaising with schools and Local Authorities, and helping learners think about their options after college.
There’s also an important administrative side to the role. You’ll help manage EHCP information, keep learner records up to date, monitor deadlines and support the review process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
