Are you an experienced and passionate SEND professional looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people?
OneSchool Global UK is seeking a dedicated SENDCo to lead and coordinate SEND provision across our campus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community, where you will play a key role in ensuring students with additional needs receive the support they need to thrive.
As SENDCo, you will work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, develop effective provision, and promote an inclusive learning environment for all students.
The Role
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for SEND provision across the campus, ensuring students receive high-quality support and intervention that enables them to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the identification, assessment, and support of students with SEND.
- Coordinating and monitoring SEND provision and intervention programmes.
- Supporting teachers in delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.
- Managing EHCPs, annual reviews, and statutory SEND responsibilities.
- Working closely with parents, carers, local authorities, and external professionals.
- Coordinating exam access arrangements and specialist support provisions.
- Monitoring student progress and reporting outcomes to school leadership.
- Leading and developing Teaching Assistants and support staff.
- Supporting successful student transitions between educational phases and post-16 pathways.
- Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and promoting an inclusive culture throughout the campus.

The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- NPQ SENCO or NASENCO Qualification (or be working towards).
- Significant experience supporting children and young people with a wide range of SEND.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND legislation.
- Experience working collaboratively with teachers, families, and external agencies.
- Experience developing and reviewing SEND strategies, interventions, and support plans.
- The ability to monitor progress and evaluate the impact of provision.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all learners.
Experience supporting students with complex needs, including ADHD, hearing impairment, and additional learning needs across Key Stages 2-5, would be advantageous.
