Senior 3D Designer / Generalist

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior 3D Designer with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a creative role to join our ambitious creative team.

At Triad, we're passionate about pushing creative boundaries and delivering innovative visual solutions for clients across a wide range of sectors. Working alongside our 3D Creative Director, you'll take ownership of your own projects from concept through to final delivery, while collaborating on larger, high-profile creative briefs.

This is a varied role that combines creative thinking with technical excellence. You'll be involved in developing concepts and storyboards, producing high-quality 3D models, environments, realistic materials, lighting, and supporting animation through to post-production where required. We aren’t a stock agency, our high quality output comes from strong ideas and passionate execution. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving creative challenges and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
