About Us
We are a highly responsive IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Walsall, delivering enterprise-grade cloud and infrastructure solutions to businesses across the West Midlands. We offer a varied, hands-on role where you escape the rigid, siloed corporate helpdesk environment. If you want true technical variety spanning modern cloud transformation and physical server room deployments this is your next step.
The Role
When the easy tickets have been cleared, who does the helpdesk turn to?
We're looking for an experienced 3rd Line Technician who enjoys getting to the root of the problems others can't quite crack. Someone who combines strong technical know-how with good judgement, clear communication and genuine ownership of the issues in front of them.
As our Senior 3rd Line Engineer, you will act as the definitive technical escalation point for our engineering team and clients. You will split your time between solving high-level infrastructure problems from our Walsall office and heading out to client sites to lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and critical disaster recovery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
