An established environmental consultancy is seeking a Senior Ecologist to join their growing team based near Milton Keynes. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality ecological services across the UK, this company offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

- Lead and manage a variety of ecological projects from inception to delivery
- Produce and review technical reports, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and protected species surveys
- Organise and oversee fieldwork activities
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Assist with client liaison and project coordination

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Ecologist or similar role
- Excellent report writing and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of UK Hab classification, BNG methodologies, and GIS software (e.g., QGIS)
- Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance of Milton Keynes
