Frontify

Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

What You’ll Shape

As a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist at Frontify, you'll shape how we connect with the world's leading brands, turning targeted marketing into meaningful conversations and new business opportunities. You'll take ownership of designing and delivering personalized, multi-channel campaigns that engage high-value enterprise accounts, build stronger relationships, and accelerate pipeline growth.

You'll play a key role in bringing Frontify's allbound go-to-market strategy to life, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to create connected experiences across the buyer journey. Combining strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven experimentation, you'll help us reach the right people with the right message — and turn engagement into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1:1, and 1:many account-based marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen engagement, and accelerate opportunities within high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to align inbound and outbound efforts and deliver coordinated campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Design and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, outbound, and tailored digital experiences, including microsites.
  • Translate account insights, industry trends, and buyer pain points into relevant messaging and compelling content that resonates with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio and Brand teams to develop and continuously improve campaign assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Use account intent data, campaign analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and maximize marketing impact.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our marketing technology stack, using tools such as UserGems, DreamData, HubSpot, and Mutiny to improve targeting, personalization, and measurement.
  • Own monthly return on ad spend (ROAS) reporting, establish performance benchmarks, and communicate clear insights on campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Track account engagement, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and revenue influence to demonstrate impact and inform future ABM priorities.
  • Bring fresh ideas and new approaches to how we engage enterprise accounts, helping us continuously strengthen and scale our ABM programs.
  • Work in a hybrid setup, spending one day per week in our London office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
