💼 Permanent contract — Start ASAP

🧢 Senior profile (5 to 9 years of experience)

The role

Digidop keeps growing.

To support the agency's upmarket development and our international expansion, we're looking for a Senior Account Director capable of leading our biggest accounts, representing Digidop in pre-sales, and contributing to the agency's visibility on B2B professional networks.

We're looking for an experienced profile with a real vision on business, marketing and client relationships.

What you'll do day to day

  • Lead our strategic accounts

You become the main point of contact for some of our Enterprise clients. Kick-offs, strategic follow-up, coordination with delivery teams, account development: you steer projects with autonomy and high standards.

But the role doesn't stop at operational management.

We also expect you to help evolve our project management methods, our internal organization and the way we integrate AI into our daily workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Take part in pre-sales

On strategic opportunities, you support the founders in client meetings. You can grasp a brief quickly, challenge a prospect, structure a line of thinking and contribute to closing.

You also know how to detect and bring out new business opportunities on the accounts you lead: new scopes, upsell, long-term partnerships or new projects.

  • Grow Digidop's reach

You contribute to the agency's visibility through LinkedIn and B2B networks. Content, speaking up, point of view on the industry: we're looking for profiles who also enjoy sharing and building a strong personal presence.

What we're looking for

  • 5 to 9 years of experience, with a significant part spent in a digital agency
  • Experience in autonomously managing Enterprise accounts
  • Experience in pre-sales / commercial support on premium projects
  • Active LinkedIn presence with a real personality and a clear point of view
  • Fluent English (a portion of our clients are international)
  • Good creative and technical sensibility
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate design, development and strategy profiles
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level stakeholders and demanding environments
  • Structured, autonomous and relationship-oriented profile
