Who are Coolr?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers. Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Compare the Market (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to join our dynamic Client Services team on a 3-month FTC, providing senior support across one of our exciting and established client accounts. You’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of a large campaign, working closely with our Business Director and wider agency teams to keep the work moving and deliver standout creative. We’re looking for someone who brings strong client leadership, strategic know-how, excellent delivery skills and a genuine love for all things social.

The job 💻

  • Responsible for the overall leadership and successful delivery of activity across the allocated client account, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, helping to drive retention and identify opportunities to grow the scope of work.
  • Taking a leading role in the day-to-day management and delivery of major campaigns, including coordinating multiple agency teams, managing timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Leading on crisis management and problem-solving, taking a calm, solutions-focused approach and escalating to senior leadership where necessary.
  • Responsible for the budget management of client projects, ensuring budgets are appropriately allocated against the brief, agency rate cards and agreed scope of work.
  • Working closely with departments across the agency — including creative, strategy, social, production and media — to develop and deliver the best possible work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
