I'm currently working with a leading integrated agency that is looking for a Senior Account Director to join its growing social team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building client relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative social-first campaigns for major brands.
The Opportunity
- Lead day-to-day relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated social, influencer and content campaigns.
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client partnerships.
- Manage and mentor a talented team, supporting their development and progression.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, influencer and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class work.
- Play a key role in campaign planning, performance reviews and long-term client strategy.

About You
- Proven experience at Account Director or Senior Account Director level within an agency environment.
- Strong social media and content marketing experience.
- Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Commercially aware, with experience growing client accounts and spotting opportunities.
- Passionate about social trends, culture, creators and emerging platforms.
