Senior Account Director
15-month FTC (initial)
£55,000-£60,000 (Negotiable)
Liverpool / Hybrid
Senior Account Director with digital agency experience, client leadership and commercial delivery expertise required by a growing digital consultancy. In this role you’ll work with enterprise clients on complex digital programmes, with hybrid working, professional development and a broad benefits package.
You’ll manage key enterprise client relationships, combining account growth with SOWs, contracts, budgets, resourcing and digital project delivery.

Key requirements:
- Digital agency experience is essential
- Senior client relationship management
- Hands-on experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts
- Digital project delivery and resource planning
- Budget management and account profitability
- Business development, proposals and account growth
- Digital marketing and data-informed decision-making
- Strong organisation and time management
- CRM software proficiency, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Optimizely
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
