We’re looking for someone to take real ownership of some of our most important client relationships; not simply manage them, but genuinely lead them.
You’ll lead a portfolio of complex, multi-service accounts, working with senior client stakeholders on strategy, commercial performance and long term growth.
You’ll also manage and develop a team, helping them become confident, capable account leads in their own right.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading client strategy, commercial planning and account health across a portfolio of key relationships
- Owning senior oversight of revenue, forecasting, scope, profitability and growth
- Leading renewals, commercial conversations and significant expansion opportunities
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving risks before they affect retention, reputation or performance
- Managing and developing Account Managers
- Bringing together the right expertise from across the agency to solve complex client challenges
- Sharing client and market insight to help shape wider agency priorities

Skills and experience:
- Experience leading complex, multi-service accounts within a digital or integrated agency
- Confidence owning senior client relationships end-to-end, including at director or C-suite level
- Strong commercial understanding, including growth, scope, forecasting and profitability
- Experience leading renewals, negotiations, proposals or account recovery plans
- A genuine track record of managing and developing Client Services teams
- The ability to bring different teams together and create clarity when priorities compete
