ThePlaceToBe are delighted to be partnering with a well-established Leeds creative agency, known for delivering standout integrated campaigns for some brilliant brands across a diverse mix of sectors.

About the role…

As Senior Account Director, you'll be a senior client lead, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and taking ownership of some of the agency's biggest and most exciting accounts. You'll lead integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery, working closely with Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver standout work across brand, digital, social, retail, activations and experiential.

You'll be comfortable getting under the skin of a client's business, challenging briefs, spotting opportunities and bringing together different teams to deliver brilliant creative. You'll also play a key role in the commercial growth of your accounts, managing budgets, identifying opportunities and helping to shape the wider client strategy.

What you'll be doing day to day…

  • Building and developing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Leading integrated campaigns from initial brief through to delivery
  • Managing accounts across exciting brands within sectors including retail, FMCG, food, lifestyle and consumer
  • Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and wider agency teams
  • Presenting creative and strategic recommendations to senior clients
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing accounts
  • Supporting and developing more junior members of the account team

We're looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director with a strong agency background and a proven track record of leading client relationships and integrated campaigns.
