LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and founded by the team that helped scale Facebook to over a billion users, our mission is to make affordable mobile communications accessible to everyone on the planet.

We design, build, and continuously evolve a powerful digital commerce and monetisation platform, Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, that drives valuable business outcomes for global telecom operators. Today, it is trusted by Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile, A1, Globe, Liberty Latin America, MTN, Singtel, and others to run strategic businesses that support millions of users globally.

We are also the company behind Nomad (nomadesim.com), one of the world’s leading travel eSIM solutions. Nomad gives travellers fast, affordable mobile data in 200+ destinations worldwide, all through a seamless iOS, Android, or web experience.

LotusFlare’s momentum continues to accelerate. We recently announced a strategic partnership and equity investment from Ericsson, further strengthening our market position and global reach.

To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to lead a key EMEA account.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall account relationship for a strategic Communications Service Provider (CSP) account, driving long-term growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year account growth strategy, identifying opportunities to expand LotusFlare’s footprint through new products, business units, and use cases.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer executives and key stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for account opportunities, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, contracting, and closure.
  • Partner with Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery, customer adoption, and ongoing value realization.
  • Act as the primary commercial escalation point for the customer, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring executive alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage contract renewals, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), Purchase Orders, and commercial governance.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections through disciplined CRM management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
