Are you a commercially minded Senior Account Director who enjoys being close to both the work and the wider running of a creative business? We're looking for someone to join an award-winning branding agency where design sits at the heart of everything they do, ideally on a part time basis of 4 days a week.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a traditional Senior Account Director role. Working closely with the Founder, you'll play a key role in the overall running and performance of the studio, combining senior client leadership with operational and commercial responsibility.

  • Oversee workflow, scheduling, resourcing and project delivery
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and act as a key point of contact across major projects
  • Own project proposals, forecasting, financial reporting and supplier management
  • Continually look for smarter, more efficient ways of working
  • Play an important role in new business, leading pitches alongside the Founder and senior creative leadership, presenting work, developing proposals and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
