About Sundaze

At Sundaze, we're on a mission to eradicate the Sunday Scaries.

Life's too short to spend it working with people you don't enjoy, on brands you don't believe in. So, we started Sundaze by seeking out ambitious, genuinely good people who were building businesses with great stories worth telling, and we've built our whole agency around that idea.

Today we work with high-growth brands across technology, entertainment, media, consumer tech and more, on campaigns spanning the globe - here in the UK, across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Our client experience includes Goalhanger, FlightStory, Skylight Calendar, Noiser, Audioboom and JustPark.

We always aim to be an extension of our clients' teams, never their supplier. All this means that over the past three years, we've built a business we're incredibly proud of.

Why We Are Hiring

We’re entering an exciting new phase. With great retained clients, an expanding network that is bringing in new business opportunities, and ambitious plans for growth.

We aren’t hiring a replacement role. This is a rare opportunity to join us as our first permanent hire and help shape what comes next. You'll have a real voice, genuine responsibility and the chance to influence everything here at Sundaze from the clients we work with, to the team we build and the culture we create.

If you've ever wanted to leave the politics and hierarchy of larger agencies behind, and be part of building something exciting, this is your chance.

Who You Are

You genuinely love PR, are entrepreneurial, and you’re looking for more than ‘just’ another agency role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Whether it is landing a national news story, developing thought leadership for a CEO or creating the messaging for a fast-growth company, you know how to turn complex ideas into stories that generate coverage and capture attention.

You'll have around seven years' agency experience and either be operating already at Senior Account Director level or be an experienced Account Director ready for your next challenge.

You're proactive rather than reactive, solutions-focused, and the sort of person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

Above all, you're someone people enjoy working with. You are optimistic, curious about the world and the people in it, and believe great work comes from great relationships.

We’d Love You to Apply if You:

  • Have experience working in a PR or integrated communications agency
  • Are based in, or within easy reach of, London so can easily attend both client and internal meetings and events
  • Are comfortable leading client relationships and providing strategic counsel
  • Have strong relationships with journalists covering business, technology and startups.
  • Are (ideally) knowledgeable about GEO and principles around digital PR, or happy to learn
  • Know how to develop stories for different audiences, and have proven experience landing great campaigns in the press
  • Are an exceptional writer and confident communicator
  • Are AI literate and able to leverage it for efficiencies, without losing the human touch and tone of voice
  • Are organised and self-motivated
  • Enjoy mentoring and being part of a team
  • Are commercially minded and excited by helping win new business and grow Sundaze into a bigger agency
