🍸 Account Director or Senior Account Director – Alcohol Brands
📍 London / Hybrid | £55-70K

We’re working with a fast-growing, independent youth and community marketing agency looking for an exceptional Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead and grow alcohol accounts.

This is a senior, hands-on client leadership role for someone who knows the alcohol category and can build trusted relationships, identify growth opportunities, and bring together teams to deliver campaigns that genuinely connect with youth audiences.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning senior client relationships and becoming a trusted strategic and commercial partner
  • Leading and growing a portfolio of major alcohol accounts
  • Developing account-growth plans and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships
  • Developing integrated campaigns across experiential, events, social, content, and community
  • Leading pitches, proposals, workshops, and senior client presentations
  • Managing scopes, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, margins, timelines, and risk
  • Working with international teams to scale successful programs across multiple markets
  • Coaching and developing junior team members

What we're looking for

You'll need:

  • Experience working with alcohol brands – this is essential
  • Client services experience, ideally within an experiential-led agency
  • A strong track record of retaining and growing major accounts
  • Experience selling additional services and developing integrated client partnerships
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Excellent pitch, presentation, and new-business skills
  • Experience managing and developing people
