We’re not your typical agency.

About Us

Raptor is one of the world’s fastest-growing independent youth and community marketing agencies. We help major brands connect authentically with the next generation through ambassadors, creators, communities, social-first campaigns, experiential activations, events and staffing programmes.

Over the past decade, we have grown from a start-up into a global agency working across North America, Europe and APAC. Our partners include Google, Airbnb, PepsiCo, Deliveroo, Jägermeister, Pernod Ricard and Tinder. Our ambition is to become the world’s leading youth marketing agency.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead and grow three to five of Raptor’s key alcohol-sector accounts. Deep, demonstrable alcohol-brand experience is essential, along with a strong understanding of the opportunities, sensitivities and responsibilities involved in marketing age-restricted products.

This is a senior, hands-on client leadership role with responsibility for account retention, profitability and growth. You will turn strong client relationships into broader partnerships by bringing together Raptor’s ambassador, community, social, experiential, events and staffing capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
