Senior Account Director / Junior Associate Director
We’re working with a leading specialist management consultancy/policy advisory firm who are looking for a Senior Account Director / Junior Associate Director to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced agency professional who understands how to build trusted client relationships, lead high-quality work and, importantly, has a genuine interest in business development and winning new work.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be an experienced PR, communications, or public affairs agency professional, currently operating at Senior Account Director level or ready to take that next step.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong agency experience, with the ability to lead accounts and manage senior client relationships
- Experience working with technology clients or within the wider tech sector
- A proven interest in new business, whether that’s running a new business process, developing opportunities or helping to win new clients
- Excellent strategic and written communication skills
- The confidence to operate with senior stakeholders and bring fresh thinking to client challenges
- Experience of political or public affairs work would be highly desirable
- Experience working with or understanding the Labour Party and the current political landscape would be a particular advantage
