🚨 SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR | BRAND EXPERIENCE | LONDON | Β£60–70K DOE + Private Healthcare and Bonus

I'm working with a fast-growing, global brand experience agency that is looking for a Senior Account Director to join their London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with major drinks and alcohol brands, delivering culturally relevant campaigns across the UK and EMEA.

The agency has a genuinely strong reputation for creating experiential-first campaigns that connect brands with audiences through culture, communities and live experiences.

THE ROLE:

You'll take a senior leadership role across a portfolio of major drinks clients, owning relationships and helping shape and deliver campaigns across multiple markets.

This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, strategically minded and confident in front of senior clients. You'll be expected to lead relationships, identify opportunities to grow accounts and play a key role in pitches and new business.

You'll work across everything from global toolkits and brand activations through to experiential campaigns involving brand ambassadors and communities, working across UK and EMEA markets.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading senior client relationships across major drinks/alcohol accounts.
  • Owning the strategic and commercial direction of campaigns.
  • Developing UK and EMEA campaigns and adapting global brand strategies/toolkits for local markets.
  • Leading pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop client relationships.
  • Working closely with Strategy, Creative, Production and Experiential teams to deliver standout work.
  • Overseeing experiential campaigns, brand activations and ambassador-led programmes.
  • Managing budgets, scopes, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Leading and developing account teams, providing direction and mentorship.
  • Challenging briefs and bringing strategic thinking to campaign development.
  • Ensuring work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on time and commercially effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
