Job Overview
You are an inspiring & strategic leader that brings passion and care to everything you do. You’re a partner, entrepreneur and a driver of growth for your clients' businesses. You have experience with large-scale, complex campaigns and are comfortable being hands-on, challenging clients & building meaningful relationships.
Your focus is on enhancing your client's business and brand through compelling creator marketing solutions for clients and prospective clients. You ensure the smooth running of accounts, keen to empower a motivated team to deliver high levels of client partnership and strategic, creative, and reporting excellence. You are recognised as the overall relationship lead by the client.
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months.
What Does Great Look Like?
Industry Expertise
- Analyses consumer, market and brand data to identify trends and shares insights across the agency
- Supports knowledge sharing and best practice across BDB and with senior client stakeholders
- Builds external recognition through strategic excellence, positively impacting client campaign objectives
- Recognised internally and externally as a leader in social and creator marketing, sharing insights that influence clients, colleagues and the wider industry
Business Management
- Position yourself and the agency as true industry experts in the creator economy and how it can drive creative solutions
- Focus on building strategic partnerships with clients through a deep understanding of the agency & your clients’ business
- Responsible for campaign planning in alignment with account’s commercial model and in collaboration with all agency teams and partners
- Direct Experience with RFPs and pitches, effectively & efficiently pushing best in class solutions
- Identifies organic growth opportunities and leads growth plans. Builds out a pipeline of secured work & roadmap to close managing internal stakeholders as needed
- Allocates resources appropriately while balancing client needs with profitability against scope
- Leads the client with expertise of the creator industry including social platforms & their ability to drive brand growth
- Proven track record of spotting growth opportunities
Team Management & Leadership
- Builds high performing teams through coaching, challenge & continuous development, recognizing & fostering talent
- Work closely with Account Directors to establish clear lines of progression for all team members & creating opportunities for growth
- Excellence in Ways of Working both internally & externally, helping BDB continue to evolve and create value for clients
- Builds strong relationships with key internal teams, partnering with Strategy, Creative & Project Management to deliver integrated client solutions

Relationship Leadership
- Provides strategic direction across client portfolios, ensuring priorities are clear and teams remain focused on delivering client and commercial outcome
- Ensure the agency operates on a solid foundation by building strong senior client relationships through business and marketing acumen
- Possess a deep understanding of clients' business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands uses these insights to help clients to articulate their needs, and the agency to propose groundbreaking solutions
- Easily builds rapport and trust with clients
- Communicate firmly, is credible and instills trust with executive clients
- A senior stakeholder on key cross-agency or IAT meetings and/or issues
- Resolve conflict easily and quickly, reducing organisation and interpersonal issues & disruption
- Maintain a positive mindset to the team, work, and clients
What You Will Bring
- 7-12+ years experience with 2-3 years in a Senior Director Level Role
- Significant experience managing a professional client relationship with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstration ensuring fundamentals of Client Partnerships all touchpoints: Excellent attention to detail, high client satisfaction, process implementation, financial management
- Experience digesting briefs & giving clear direction to strategy & creative to lead projects forward
- Effective team planning, management and pastoral capabilities
