We’re looking for someone to take real ownership of some of our most important client relationships; not simply manage them, but genuinely lead them.

You’ll lead a portfolio of complex, multi-service accounts, working with senior client stakeholders on strategy, commercial performance, and long-term growth.

You’ll also manage and develop a team, helping them become confident, capable account leads in their own right.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading client strategy, commercial planning, and account health across a portfolio of key relationships
  • Owning senior oversight of revenue, forecasting, scope, profitability, and growth
  • Leading renewals, commercial conversations, and significant expansion opportunities
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving risks before they affect retention, reputation, or performance
  • Managing and developing Account Managers
  • Bringing together the right expertise from across the agency to solve complex client challenges
  • Sharing client and market insight to help shape wider agency priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
