We're partnering with an independent healthcare communications agency to appoint a Senior Account Director to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships while remaining closely involved in the scientific work. If you've found yourself becoming further removed from content as your career has progressed, this role offers the chance to combine strategic client leadership with hands-on scientific communications.

Working across a varied portfolio of projects, you'll lead client programmes, oversee delivery and continue developing high-quality scientific content that helps communicate complex data clearly and effectively.

The role

As Senior Account Director, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients, providing strategic direction, building long-term relationships and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

You'll also remain actively involved in scientific content development, working with clinical data and helping shape engaging communications for healthcare professionals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
