VCCP

VCCP is the global challenger network for challenger brands. With more than 1,500 people across 13 offices in North America, EMEA and APAC, we challenge convention to deliver value for the world’s most ambitious organisations.

We believe transformation happens when everything works together. That’s why we bring specialists from every discipline - strategy, AI, data, media, digital, experience, branding, creativity, production, PR, CX, CRM, employee engagement and beyond - into one fully integrated network.

We were founded on the principles of simplicity, collaboration and un-preciousness, and we’ve grown by staying true to them. Today, our clients include some of the world’s most recognisable and progressive brands, such as Virgin Media O2, Barclays, Cadbury, Compare the Market, Domino’s, White Claw, easyJet, Primark and Co-op.

VCCP has topped the AAR’s annual new business ranking in 13 of the last 14 years and holds multiple Agency of the Year titles. Across every company and every capability, we share the same ambition: to challenge ourselves, challenge our clients and challenge the industry for the better.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised individual who is articulate, curious, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects. Whilst the successful candidate needs to be a natural self-starter, it is also important that the candidate can work as part of a team across a range of disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to join the rapidly growing team at VCCP as a Social Account Director. The role is perfectly suited for someone with experience working either agency side in a fast-moving social account team role. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand culture, and most crucially, possesses a deep, nuanced understanding of social content and culture in the UK.

The role will involve leading the team across always-on content strategy, creative development, content production, influencer management, and management of the brand's social channels. The work we will be creating will span from reactive same-day turnaround to longer-lasting content series, specific to each social channel. The role will include managing an agile process to deliver reactive ‘newsroom’ style content, alongside longer development cycles for planned cultural moments. As part of the VCCP Social team within VCCP, this role will report into the Business Director on the account.

You will be part of an immediate team made up of a retained Business Director, Account Manager, Producer, Creative Director, Creators, Influencer Manager and Social Strategist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director to help deliver excellent creative work, with significant headroom and scope for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
