We’re partnering with a leading sports and entertainment agency to appoint a Senior Account Director to lead the delivery of experiential partnerships for a major global FMCG client across high-profile sport and entertainment properties.

This is a senior client and project leadership role, managing complex activations across multiple markets, stakeholders and partners. You’ll oversee projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with specialist production and supplier partners rather than being responsible for technical production directly.

The Role

  • Lead and oversee experiential partnerships across major sport and entertainment properties
  • Manage complex projects across multiple markets, stakeholders, and partners
  • Own day-to-day client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery against brief, budget, and timelines
  • Work closely with external production, design, and supplier partners to deliver activations from planning through to onsite execution
  • Lead and support team members working across major sporting properties
  • Build strong relationships with rights holders, agencies, and delivery partners
  • Provide senior leadership onsite across major events and activations
  • Support account growth and new business opportunities where relevant
  • Contribute to wider team development, processes, and capability-building

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
