About the Role

As the business scales internationally, now require an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business, build strategic relationships, and engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Experience in fintech, working in start up/scale up Orgs required (Automation, professional services, or other complex B2B SaaS environments, plus an established senior-level network).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
  • Proactively create demand and challenge prospects’ status quo.
  • Sell complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, accurately forecast, and consistently deliver against quota.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop market strategy and sales messaging.
  • Help shape sales processes and playbooks as the business scales.

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record against quota.

Required Skills

  • Proven success selling complex solutions to C-suite, MD/VP, Owner, Partner, and senior-level buyers.
  • Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create demand and proactively develop opportunities.
  • Startup/scale-up experience with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Comfortable selling and explaining complex technology in clear business terms.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
