About the Role
As the business scales internationally, now require an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business, build strategic relationships, and engage directly with C-suite and senior decision-makers. Experience in fintech, working in start up/scale up Orgs required (Automation, professional services, or other complex B2B SaaS environments, plus an established senior-level network).

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
- Proactively create demand and challenge prospects’ status quo.
- Sell complex SaaS solutions to multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, accurately forecast, and consistently deliver against quota.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop market strategy and sales messaging.
- Help shape sales processes and playbooks as the business scales.
Qualifications

- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record against quota.
Required Skills
- Proven success selling complex solutions to C-suite, MD/VP, Owner, Partner, and senior-level buyers.
- Strong executive presence, commercial acumen, and communication skills.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to create demand and proactively develop opportunities.
- Startup/scale-up experience with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
- Comfortable selling and explaining complex technology in clear business terms.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
