Senior Account Executive – Enterprise

Up to £86,000 base + £68,000 OTE bonus

Leatherhead | 3 days per week

Regular UK & European travel

Series B | £30m+ invested | CleanTech

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proven Enterprise Account Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced GTM scale-up environment, selling a solution that is truly unique and disruptive to its market.

The mission is huge:

  • Remove diesel from the cold chain and replace it with clean energy.

For decades, refrigerated transport has relied on expensive, polluting diesel technology, with very little meaningful innovation.

This business has developed the ultimate solution to help operators achieve zero emissions in transport refrigeration whilst controlling operating costs — replacing legacy diesel technology with clean, electric energy.

And this isn't an early-stage concept.

The business is Series B with more than £30 million invested, backed by major investors including BGF, Barclays and Clean Growth Fund.

The technology is already being adopted by some of the biggest names in the market, with customers including Tesco and Ocado, alongside other major food and logistics operators. The business already has units operating across the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Chile and Australia.

It has also been recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in both 2024 and 2025 and has won multiple awards across innovation, technology and marketing.

Now the focus is scale.

  • Scaling manufacturing.
  • Winning major enterprise customers.
  • Expanding internationally.
  • And ultimately disrupting a global billion-dollar market that has seen very little genuine innovation for decades.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is an opportunity to sell a tangible product solving a genuine global problem, whilst playing a key role in shaping the GTM strategy and commercial success of a rapidly scaling CleanTech business.

The Role

Your mission is to win strategic enterprise customers and build relationships that can transform the growth of the business.

You will:

  • Engage and win large, complex enterprise organisations with significant fleet operations
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation and close
  • Build relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Lead multi-million-pound commercial negotiations and strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Create compelling commercial proposals demonstrating both the operational and environmental case for change
  • Secure customer trials and convert them into significant long-term commercial agreements
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline across priority sectors
  • Work closely with leadership to help shape the GTM strategy as the business scales
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and across the wider market
  • Travel regularly across the UK and Europe to develop and close opportunities

This is genuine end-to-end enterprise sales ownership, from generating and developing opportunities through to negotiation and close.

  • The ability to operate strategically whilst remaining highly hands-on
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK and Europe

Why Join?

This is not another SaaS sales role.

You are selling a physical, tangible product with the potential to fundamentally change an industry.

The business has already built the technology, secured £30m+ in investment, won major enterprise customers and proven the product internationally.

Now it is about scale.

  • Help shape the GTM.
  • Win major enterprise customers.
  • Drive UK success.
  • Support international expansion.

You’ll be joining an award-winning business with the opportunity to play a key role in replacing decades-old diesel technology with clean, zero-emission refrigeration.
