Senior Account Executive - Experiential Technology / Digital Experiences - London (Hybrid)

Are you a Senior Account Executive looking for an exciting new opportunity?

DNA Recruit are working with an innovative and fast-growing technology-led group who are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their Client Services team in London.

This business works with global brands to create cutting-edge digital experiences within physical spaces, spanning retail environments, brand activations, stadiums, attractions and corporate spaces. Combining creativity, technology and delivery expertise, the group delivers end-to-end solutions across AV, media, IoT and experiential technology.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will support senior team members while managing your own client relationships across retail and digital out-of-home accounts.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, identifying revenue opportunities and supporting the growth of existing accounts. Working closely with internal teams including project management and support, you will help ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

The role also involves keeping sales pipelines updated, supporting proposals and quotes, and contributing to account growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships across an allocated client base
  • Supporting senior team members on key strategic accounts
  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients and maintaining regular communication
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate additional revenue
  • Preparing proposals and reviewing quotes for clients
  • Researching client developments such as expansions or acquisitions to identify opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
  • Working closely with project and support teams to ensure successful installations and delivery
  • Contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in client services, account management or sales support within a relevant industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and develop growth opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness and resilience when handling challenges or setbacks
  • Interest in staying informed about industry trends and developments
