Overview
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to join Spark Foundry and play an important role in delivering strategic media planning for George at ASDA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's most recognised retail brands, helping shape campaigns that drive growth and create meaningful connections with customers. You'll be part of a collaborative planning team where curiosity, insight and creativity are valued, with plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and develop your career. Supported by the scale and expertise of Publicis Media, you'll help deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Support the delivery of effective planning processes, ensuring briefs, media plans and campaign activity are accurate and delivered on time.
- Gather audience insights, market research and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations and client responses.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to coordinate activity and contribute to high-quality planning outputs.
- Support financial processes, helping maintain accurate billing, reconciliation and reporting.
- Contribute to client status meetings, campaign updates and post-campaign analysis.
- Build knowledge of media channels, partners and emerging opportunities that can enhance client performance.
- Play an active role within the planning team, bringing ideas and perspectives that support strong client outcomes.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Experience supporting campaigns, planning activity or client projects within a media, marketing or similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Confidence using data and insights to support recommendations and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
- Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
