Senior Account Executive – FM SaaS Solutions

£80-100k base with x 2 uncapped OTE – Remote based in England

We are partnering with a leading UK provider of cloud-based Integrated Workplace Management (IWMS) and Facilities Management (CAFM) solutions. Following their recent merger with another major SaaS business and significant investment, they are entering an exciting growth phase and expanding their commercial sales team across the UK.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this high-growth business is hiring a dynamic, high-performing Senior Account Executive to join their expanding sales team. This is a home-based role (anywhere in England) offering autonomy, exceptional earnings potential, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing PE-backed SaaS company. The role includes an exciting, untapped base of accounts to sell into in the commercial market.

The Role

  • Home-based, flexible across England
  • Responsible for generating new business and expanding relationships within key commercial accounts (lots of cross-sell in Germany & Poland)
  • Typical deal sizes £20k–£50k ARR, can be more, with a first-year target around c£400k -£600k ARR depending on salary level
  • Mainly a net-new role but in a very established and successful team and with cross-sell opportunities coming from accounts in Poland & Germany where you can sell into the UK entities
  • Work autonomously within a high-trust, low-micromanagement culture with excellent sales and SDR support

About You

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions (ideally FM SaaS or a parallel market) into large organisations
  • Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler)
  • Skilled in building relationships at senior levels (C-suite, operations, compliance, estates)
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented with a true hunter mentality
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Background with IWMS, CAFM, PropTech, or related SaaS solutions advantageous

Competitors / Relevant Industry Experience

Experience with or selling against companies such as Planon, Archibus, FM:Systems, iOffice + SpaceIQ, IBM TRIRIGA, Accruent, Trimble Manhattan, ServiceChannel, Bellrock, or MCS Solutions would be highly relevant.
